Ok, no the problem still exists. <br />

We recently upgraded our domain server to windows 2003, that is the only thing that has changed for this office configuration, which has worked for years.<br />

I'm using a Xircom Twin-Wan router connected to a T-1 line and a Charter cable line. Whenever I upload a PDF to my website, I lose internet connection and have to power cycle the router. This is a repeatable, reproduceable problem, and it's weird!<br />
