Thank you for your quick response.
I have check the SPF Settings in my mail server and the DNS is resolving and correct. THe reverse DNS is also pointing correctly.

is from the remote mail system. They are saying you have failed sme sort of spam check and are rejecting your connection or your email.
Make sure you mail server is identifying itself with the right DNS name and reverse DNS is configured to correctly point to that name. This been incorrectly configured is one reason you might ge this message.
