Can't resolve website name from outside

I can't resolve one of our websites from the outside.  It's an HTTPS connection.  It resolves fine inside our LAN.  I setup the host record on our DNS server to point to an external IP.....of which is NAT'd to a clustered address in our DMZ.  Obviously, there's a DNS issue here.  It looks to be configured correctly as a host record on our DNS server.  What am I missing here?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you have problems accessing your web site from internet, check if DNS for your external domain is configured correctly. Run the following commad from any computer connected to the internet, not your LAN, do you get correct IP as an answer?
