Thanks in advance.
We were just recently acquired by another company and have added their email domain to Exchange. The problem that we are seeing is that Exchange is resolving names twice for addresses at the company that acquired us. If firstname.lastname@example.org has an alternate address as Robert.Smith@xyz.com then 2 messages will be recieved if they are both included in the address fields. Is there any way that I can force Exchange to do the name lookup on their server and only send one copy? They are using a Domino server and are accepting all email for both companies through an external spam screener. They do lookups on their side for our addresses and then forward to Exchange.
