Exchange 2007 Managed Folders rename

Is it possible to rename the top level folder "Managed Folders" when you push these folders out to Outlook clients?
ie: I want the top level folder to be called "COMPANY RETENTION FOLDERS" as opposed to "MANAGED FOLDERS".

Sorry but I don't think you can change the default managed folders name. The name property that you can specify is not seen by the user it is only used for the admin as a label.
