What is the best way to export GroupWise 7 mail to a PST file. I don't really want to have to install Outlook on the users computers.

What is the best way to export GroupWise mail to a PST file. I don't really want to have to install Outlook on the users computers.

I worked out how to do this back in GroupWise 5.x but can't remember how to do it in 7
