I'm still having some troubles getting the Cross Org transfers done of my mailboxes.  Do you know of any more indepth articles?

I'm setting up a new domain controller and etc. &nbsp;Our first server is trashed, random crap installed on it. &nbsp;I just started working for the company I'm currently at and my first task is to set up a new domain controller and exchange server. &nbsp;In the process of the new domain controller and exchange server we are changing our domain name from blahblah.local to blahblah.com. &nbsp;I just realized I have no clue how to transfer our Exchange 2007 mail boxes from the old domain to the new one.<br />

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.<br />
