2 quick outlook questions

got 2 quick outlook questions.

1.  we have a few public folders that are called conference rooms.  is it possible when someone sends a meeting request that outlook schedules the meeting in the appropriate public folder?  often, users forget to schedule and tension arises when someone has to leave.

2.  is it possible for me to schedule IT stuff reminders on all users calender with a reminder?  i.e., if i have to take the printer offline tomorrow at 2pm, is there a way i can book this on all users calenders?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

1)  Yes.  Set up the conference room as a resource account that will automatically accept invitations.

2)  Again, yes.  Make a new calendar item and "invite" all users to it.  If a user turns down the invite it will of course not end up on that users calendar -- so just a matter of user training.

Sorry for the delay.  I have been rolling out a big project and putting together training all at the same time.  Such fun.  Training done, but still deep in the roll-out.
