The simple answer is NO.... There is no true GPS for iPhone currently. <br />
The Bluetooth stack of the iPhone is very limited. It doesn't have capability to connect to a GPS device. Even it can't connect to a Keyboard. Basically bluetooth is useless on the iPhone except for connecting a bluetooth speaker/mic for phone calls.<br />
