HP have a firmware update utility for Netware. see if IBM does aswell.<br />
If they don't, then ask them what method to use.<br />

One way, ofcourse, would be to remove the tape drive and stick it in a windows box temporarily to do the update. &nbsp; May seem drastic but in reality is pretty easy to do.
