I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This is what he said as well. What is a good third party tool? I really do appreciate the answer and it would definately work and I would use it myself. I am not in charge. Please let me know what you consider a good tool and I will aproach it that way. Thanks again and I will give you the points.

As per reviews I can suggest 'Mail Merge Toolkit' may be a good option: http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/mail_merge/
