Microsoft Office 11

Word has been crashing repeatedly and I recently received this error twice.
This is on a completely reformatted HD, running win XP sp2.  Installed Microsoft Office 2003 Pro, with all the updates.

I've tried the Detect & repair and checking for updates, but nothing has helped so far.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Excel and PowerPoint run without issue?

Check your templates, perhaps the NORMAL.DOT became corrupted.  If you delete it then launch Word, the file will be recreated.
