Using Trend Micro CSM Spam filtering alongside Microsoft Exchange Intelligent Messaging Filter??

Hi, I've been running the Trend Micro CSM Spam filtering for a while and now it seems that we need for filtering. I've installed the Exchange SP2 which comes with the Intelligent Mail Filtering system. I have configured the IMF to filter SPAM as well. My question is "Is this likely to cause any problems running the 2 side-by-side"?

So is trend not detecting all the spam?

Trend do seem to have gone downhill recently. The new version of their antivirus is much poorer than the previous version and their email solution oviously hasnt been selling well as they have taken to try and sue other vendors instead.

ASKER

I've had complaints from some of the staff about the amout of SPAM and the other day it was the Boss of the company flapping his arm so I decided to try the IMF.  I'm just not sure how to remove the Trend Micro CSM SPAM filtering.
3 months down the track and the Trend Micro and IMF seem to be working nicely side-by-side. Trend is blocking 1000's according to the Real-Time monitor and the users say the SPAM situation has been better since the IMF was enabled.
