Internet Traffic/Bandwidth analysis

Anyone knows a good tool to analysis internet outbound/inbound traffic/bandwidth?   Basically, we are being charged extra by our ISP because our users have been over utilizing the internet pipe.  We want to analyze what kind of traffic is this, how much is being used and which PC initializes the most download or upload and stuff like that - both inbound and outbound.

Any recommendation is appreciated.

Thanks.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

For bandwidth I use prtg - they provide a trial package you can use.

For traffic analysis I use ISA server (you can get a 6 month trial version from the MS Site).
