User Unable To Access Shared Folders On Server

Hi,
I am having issues with a SBS Server which is located in a remote community.

The issue is with the CEO's user account, he is unable to access the server, usually there is a Mapped Network Drive, but when he returned from his leave the drive disappeared, i reset it within his user settings, which had no effect.  so i asked him to type in \\192.168.0.200 (The server IP Address) and it is coming up with this error:

"\\192.168.0.200\ Is Not Accessible.  You might not have permission to use this network resource.  Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.
The Specified Server Cannot Perform The Requested Operation."

I added the user to the administritive group recently and that is all that has changed.  so i tried to reset his status back to "User" using the wizzard, which gave me the error;

###############################
Wizard Execution:
      Entering the MigUsr Committer...
            Failed to find Users Shared Folder with error [0x8007003a].
            Failed to create the Login Script with error [0x80004005].
            User [LDAP://CN=Barry Byerley,OU=SBSUsers,OU=Users,OU=MyBusiness,DC=AmoongunaCGC,DC=local] already has a mailbox.
      Leaving the MigUsr Committer...
      Entering the Template Committer...
      Leaving the Template Committer...
      StampAllUsers() - Returned [0x80004005]
      DoOfflineABTask() - Returned [0]
###############################

I also tried, logged in as the administrator to the server to access the users folder, by doing this:
  \\*Server*\users\
It also comes up with the same error as above, although it seems as though all of the users whom arn't apart of the administrative group can access this folder fine.

Is there a simple fix?
The CEO is being over persistant and im clutching at straws,
Thanks

Problem has been resolved, i enabled netbios on the server, Disabled and Re-enabled the Server's Local Network Connection, Reset the IP Addresses DNS' etc.  restarted the server, checked all of the appropriate services were enabled.

Tested all of the user's Network Drives ect.  All ok.
