How to restore deleted contacts from Exchange 2003

I have a user that deleted his contacts while syncing a blackberry. I only have an Information store backup. How can I restore these contacts??  There are around 225 contacts. Thanks.

i assume this user has a regular outlook account and that is how he syncs the contact.  If that is true there should be an .pst on his hard drive or if moved, some other place.  the default path is
C:\Documents and Settings\user_id\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.

or you can go to control panel,  mail, data files, add, choose one or the opther optionfor the data file format and the default path for the pst files should be there.
