How do I rectify WScript.exe - Application error message that comes up at logon

We use Windows 2000 as the standard SOE on all our PC's. Recently we pushed out automatic windows updates for all PC's but a certain number of users get an error message when they login in the morning. Please find error message attached.
Then it either shows up again the next day or two, or it comes back again 10 to 30 minutes later.
This message comes up before I open any applications.
Can you please help rectify this error.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You likely have the Vbswg.Aq Worm. Scan your PC and post back if the problem still exists after cleaning.

Are you using any logon script launched via GP? If yes then try to find out which part of the script is giving this type of error.

Yes we are using logon script via GP. Can you please explain how I can find which part of the script is giving this error.
Have you scanned for malware? I found several resources on the net pointing to this error being a worm.
Have you mapped any printers in your script?  If yes then crosscheck by removing them from script.
Because as you mention when you try to open any application, Application map that printer in bag round and same time you get error message on screen.
