insert query in MS Access

I have a table called Applications. I want to do an insert into the following fields:
Appfname, AppLname, Apposition,Appemail.   How do I write the SQL query to do this?

Make sure that any columns in the table that are not included accept null values or have a default value defined.

Do u want to INSERT just literal values or do u want to use an existing table's data? For the former, use Aneesh's query. For the latter, use something like this.

INSERT INTO Applications (Appfname, AppLname, Apposition,Appemail)
SELECT src_fname, src_lname, src_position, src_email
FROM source_table
