Internet Traffic/Bandwidth analysis software

Anyone knows a good tool to analysis internet outbound/inbound traffic/bandwidth?   Basically, we are being charged extra by our ISP because our users have been over utilizing the internet pipe.  We want to analyze what kind of traffic is this, how much is being used and which PC initializes the most download or upload and stuff like that - both inbound and outbound.

Any recommendation is appreciated.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

MRTG is really built for that sort of thing, it'd monitor your router.

SolarWind's Engineers Toolset (30 day trial should suffice for you..) also includes a utility that can do that... but you do need the SNMP trap info for whatever you're monitoring... be it the switch port that connects to the router, or the router interface itself.
