Outlook rules no longer work with our Exchange server
Hello!
Two of our users have the same problem. They both keep their Windows XP and Office 2003 installations up to date with all the latest patches. We have Exchange 2003 with all the latest updates and service packs.
Both users have a list of about 20 or 30 rules setup to manage incoming emails. Recently, when they bring up the check list of rules and apply certain ones, they are getting an error returned:
"One or more rules could not be uploaded to Exchange server and have been deactivated. This could be because some of the parameters are not supported or there is insufficient space to store all of your rules".
Again, these rules were working and neither user is low on space - nor is our Exchange server. Has anyone seen this before? Thanks for any help offered!
