Win XP Home Local account and security policies

How do you set the local security and account policies in win xp home since there is no "Administrative tools"

XP home only has the accounts available under control panel > users

you cannot set local security and account policies with windows xp home that is only available in pro

There are ways of making windows xp home use policy settings but the downside is that it will tattoo the registry

If you still want to proceed realize though this is unsupported
