Shared calendar resource: How to prevent viewing the details of a meeting?
Greetings,
Running Exchange 2007 + Outlook 2007, we currently use a shared resource-calendar for booking our conference room reservation.
We would like to prevent the viewing of the details (body) of the appointments (for the sake of confidentiality).
Anyone knows how to setup such security? A way to do it programmatically (stripping the details of the invitation on reception)? or a way to force a certain view (not showing the details)?
Thanks a lot for your help!
