I have a user who upgraded to office 2007 standard and migrated over his account settings Since we did that his junk email filter is not working at all. I have tried:
1. using outlook spy to delete and recreate the junk email rules
2. removed the junk email auto update and reinstalled. (twice)
3. did a repair on Outlook install
4. checked for any 2nd party spam filters that might be enabled, there were none.
Do I need to blow away the profile and uninstall Outlook altogether?
Everything looks fine, but it just doesn't seem to work, even when he manually moves the sender/domain to the junk email folder. Any help would be appreciated. I'm ready to install a 2nd party spam filter at this point.
