Changing the taskbar position

Normally the windows taskbar is displayed horizontally along the bottom of the screen.  Somehow I changed it to be vertical on the right side of the screen.  How do I change it back to being on the bottom?

click on an empty part of it, hold down and drag

Just click on a blank space on it and drag it to the bottom of the screen.  You may need to right click and remove the check mark next to Lock taskbar first.
Just drag it to the bottom (click just beside the space of the clock and hold the mouse button and drag it to one of the corners
