EMCA error on Windows install
I am profroming the install of the Oracle 11g database on Win 2003 R2 Server. I have kept
all the default settings (Oracle Home etc.) . On the last protion of the database install when it is at about 90%, I get an error on EMCA. It tells to look at the log, but the log does provide any other information. Durin the EMCA process, the java.exe are at high CPU levels.
