efficient emailing

hello,

i would like to impliment the following system in our office running exchange on SBS 2003 and outlook 2k/2k3

make 1 email address per customer customer@mydomain.com
assign users to distribution groups according to which customers they will be handling
each employee will be in several groups
each customer will have several employees
arrange outlook so that replies will be sent from the address from which they are received

how should i go about this?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You should be able to do that by following the steps outlined here:  http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF006.html

Even though that article is written for Exchange 2000, an SBS 2003 runs in mixed mode by default, so it will work as if it's an Exchange 2000 server.
