Microsoft Access - drop down menu's empty

I am using MS Office with Access 2003 and the drop down menu's look blank, but I can actually scroll down each field and choose an entry, but it's a mystery which one I'm on.

Not sure if it's related, but It happened around the time I installed a new Antivirus, but I've since uninstalled and it continues.

Can anyone help?

Thank you for these.

It's at SP3

Also, it's a shared Access DB and everyone else in the office can see the drop down items. It's just this one computer. Other ideas?
