Download the csGL libraries and install them (or just copy csgl.dll and csgl.native.dll to your ..\Windows\System32 folder).
Create a new Windows Application.
Go to the form, create a panel.
Go to the toolbox -> right mouse button -> Add new Tab (call it as you want, for example csGL)
Go to the toolbox -> right mouse button at the new tab-> select items... -> click Browse and select csgl.dll in System32. This will add the OpenGLControl to your toolbox.
Now just drag and drop the OpenGLControl  into your panel.
Change the Dock property of the OpenGLControl to Fill to make it as big as your panel.

now you just have to do something with it :)

Good Luck!
