Crystal Reports icons not working in production environment

Hi,
I wrote a web app using VS 2005 and Crystal XI.  Works fine in test, but when I deploy to the server, the icons (eg export, print icons) appear as a box with a red \ in them, and do not function.  I need it to export, print etc from IE, Firefox, Safari etc.

Thanks,
Carol Maley.

I assume you have CR XI Release 2.

Do the users have permissions to the server temp directories and the virtual drives that Crystal requires>

Yes, I have CR XI release 2.  I did not have a virtual directory pointing to CrystalReportViewers115, but now I do, with full authorities.  It's still not working...  Which server temp directory does Crystal need?  Do I have to create a virtual directory within my site to it?
Thanks,
Carol.

This may be elemental but have you checked that your path for the embedded viewer is looking in the right embedded directory?  If you right-click on one of the broken images what is the URL? What is the URL for the deployed site? where is the Crystal Viewer directory, above or below the root of your website?

My crystal report  is  on
http://10.9.117.9:83/Authorized_Labelmakers/LabelReport.aspx
(I'm using ASPNet Membership and Roles, and after login go to the Authorized_Labelmakers folder to do some various functions).  When I click on any of the broken gifs, it gives me the same url
http://10.9.117.9:83/Authorized_Labelmakers/LabelReport.aspx

I added a virtual directory pointing to CrystalReportViewers115, granted everyone read authority.  I added that at my website root, rather than the Authorized_Labelmakers folder, but it should go there second anyhow.  Strange that Crystal did not add that in the deployment, also strange that I don't have an aspnet_Client directory.  However aspnet is working fine, it's just the crystal toolbar.

I appreciate your help.
Thanks,
Carol.

Oh Boy.  I just fixed it.  I had to create 2 virtual directories within my website.
aspnet_client and CrystalReportViewer115.  Thanks for your help.
