Are your monitors the same?  If they are different brands/models, it will be almost impossible.  I am using dual monitors in Windows Vista and one is a Dell Ultrasharp and the other a Samsung.  I've calibrated the best I could but the Samsung just doesn't have the color points of the Ultrasharp.  If they are the same, you can try something like Adobe Gamma:http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=321608&sliceId=1 which uses ICC profiles.

Here's another app you might want to try. http://www.simtel.net/product.php?id=61876

The Chroma 4 is a "consumer" hardware/software calibration tool that's less than $200 I believe. This page talks about the Chroma 4 and other helpful methods.  http://www.luminous-landscape.com/tutorials/acd-profile.shtml

Good luck!
