owa admin tools

owa does not allow to enter my signature as it exceeds the allowable limit. I found via some forum that if i download owa admin tools i will have an option to modify the character limit. I proceeded to do that but when i load the owa admin tools page i get an empty site as per attached image. I am running XP SP2 by the way and i do have my firewall switched off just in case it interferes

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi ioscom1,

What .NET Framework do you have intalled? I would try running a repair of .NET on your computer. I would also look at your internet browser to make sure it's up to date. I'm pretty one of those two are causing your issue.
