Hello jineshk,

You need OST to PST converter before you can import data into Outlook. Both the above programs are not free.  The least expensive OST to PST converter is
http://www.thomasitsolutions.com/ostconversion.html
OR
http://www.ostconversion.co.uk/

Hope this helps!

OK
for ost to open in outlook :
go to outlook on the toolbar click on file menu then on dropdown list select open and a sidelist will appear select userdatafile then navigate to the ost file and click on open and you will have your ost open in outlook

OK
the one which i suggested are free ones and they do avoid need of using internet and wait for files to get converted and also if impoertan emails are there it avoids the security issue

Look at the programs that you suggested.  They are not free, and only free to download.  Have you ever try using them?
