I have windows 2003 SBS and configured with pop3 connector and in the ISP the mailbox is setup as a catch all mailbox. Now the same emails are being downloaded twice and after about another 15min it downloads tha same email 4 or 5 or 6 times.
I have deleted the catchall mailbox from the ISP controlled mailbox and recreated it. I have patched up the sExchange erver with SP2. I have also deleted the settings for the mailbox from exchange pop3 connector settings and it would not help. I spoke to the ISP and they claim that the issue was from the senders system since it does not happen to all sent email.
Originally the emails are duplicated when they send the email locally within the office until i upgraded the service pack.
Any solution will be highly appreciated.
