General checklist to use after upgrading to Exchange SP2

We are schedule to upgrade our Window server OS and Exchange to Service Pack2. Our current enviroment of our Exhange system is active/passive (3 active node & 1 Passive node) in a cluster environment. Whereby none of our Windows boxes have any service pack on them, but Exchange has SP1. We propose to upgrade both to SP2, I am aware of the process invovled in upgrading, but is there general checklist out there, we can use to prove that the upgrade to Exchange SP2 was successful?

Obviously this will be tested on our Test network first before rolling it out on our Live environment.

Be aware of KB 935728. When I upgraded Exchange 2003 to SP2 and Windows Server 2003 to SP2 in July '07, some of my users began to experience errors when opening some emails, and some emails would not open at all. After researching it I found this KB and phoned Microsoft and received the necessary hotfix (free of charge)

I hope this helps.
