OK to delete C:/DLA.temp???

Tried to update hardware for a Toshiba Satellite Laptop M35x-S114 using their website.  Created C:/DLA.temp.  OK to delete?

Temporary files are not needed anymore, as it says "temporary". It mostly creates a temp directory because he needs those files for installation. Most of the times, the installer will delete these kind of directories. So it is ok to delete.
