Limited Connectivity when trying to connect to network and internet

I am attempting to add a new Windows Server 2003 Server to my network however I am having a problem getting connectivity.  The error is 'limited or no connectivity' I gave it the preferred and alternate IP addresses.  Still nothing.  I have to network cards installed in this server.  Can anyone give me advice on what to do from here?  Thank you

Could you please write what is your configuration on NICs? Is the server connected to two different networks?

Are your Ip addresses and Subnet Masks correct? Are you running DHCP or static addresses when connecting to this network?

The configuration is as follow:

The domain has one domain controller named ACCDC01 which services the following needs of the domain:

Centralized file storage
Corporate Email solution utlizing Outlook 2003 for collaboration
Secure remote email access through any web browser
Virtual Private network
Microsoft outlook 2003
Microsoft shared fax system

In addition to the domain controller there are two additional Windows 2000 servers.  I am attemtping to add a third server called SWS that will eventually replace on fof the windows 2000 servers.

The IP Address of the Domain Controller is 192.168.50.2

The other two serves have .3, and .4 addresses assigned respectively.
