How to give users different email addresses??

we have four schools and each school has its own email addresses,

for example school1.edu, school2.edu, school3.edu, school4.edu

i only have one exchange 2003 server and i want to give the users in those school the appropriate email address, so that when they send an email it is school1.edu, etc.

how do i do this???
