Why do all my link lights occasionally flash in unison ???

Why do all my link lights on my 3750 stack occasionally flash in unison ?

The switch is most likely flooding to every port because it doesn't yet know the switch port of the destination MAC address or it could be broadcast or multicast traffic that is flooded to every port.  Either way, this is normal operation and nothing to worry about (unless the link lights are solid) :)
