The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged memory pool because the pool was empty.

I am occaisionally getting this in the event log (id 2019) in the middle of the night (no consistent time) and after about half an hour, the server crashes.  After a reboot, the np memory pool is back down to 35MB.  The only process that kicks off at night is Symantec Backup Exec 11d which is patched and up to date.  The Windows Server is also patched and up to date.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
