Simple bankwidth usage monitor needed.

I am in an office by myself trading the financial markets.  I pull in streams of market data all day.  I am wanting to know if there is a simple program that i can use to view realtime bandwidth.  Going thru other question/solutions, most dealt with bandwidth monitors in a large office cisco enviroment.  I am looking for something very simple for a single user.

thanks.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
