duplexing help with konica minolta bizhub c550

I have a konica Minolta bizhub c550, it does not have a 3 hole punch option, therefore, tray four is loaded with prepunched paper.  If a user prints a single sided job it comes out fine, but if the job is duplex, the unit prints job face up and the three hole punch turns out to be on the right side instead of left, Is there I can fix this?

Nearly all printers print page 2 before page 1 when they duplex. That way, when the paper is stacked in the output tray (face down) the pages are in the correct order. As a result, if you duplex on something like letterhead or, as in your case, pre-punched, the result can be unexpected. You will need to turn the paper in the tray over to get the correct duplex result, but in that case simplex jobs will be wrong.

There is no simple solution for this. All you can do is to keep in mind how the printer duplexes and adjust your paper that way. If you have enough trays you could use one for duplex and another for simplex, e.g tray 1 plain paper, tray 2 punched simplex, tray 3 punched duplex.

Of course, if a user forgets to change trays, the result will still be wrong.
