What are the differences between SQL Server 2000 and 2005 editions at stored procedure level?

While buying one of the product, seller is informing that it is 2000 compliant. According to seller, there are few stored procedure in the database which are not compliat with SQL Server 2005 in case upgrade is expected.

Would anyone please help to list down differences between SQL Server 2000 and 2005 editions at Stored Procedure level? In other way... what all changes I have to make to stored procedure while restoring 2000 database to 2005?

Thanks

Let me clarify my questions...
I want to restore my 2000 compliant database to 2005. But there are few stored procedures which are suspicous (as per product company) and may not work properly with 2005 straight. I want to identify such procedures and modify it to make it 2005 compaliant. How to achieve this?
