Windows Service Greyed Out - Cannot Attach to Debug

I have created a Windows Service using Visual Studio 2005.  I have also installed the service via "installutil" and started the service without problem.  When I try to attach to the service in order to debug the service is greyed out and therefore will not allow me to attach.

Why is this service greyed out?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Did you install the release version of your service or the debug version ?

I installed the debug version.

In that case, in the Attach to Process dialog, tick the "Show processes from all users" option and you should then see an non-greyed version which you can attach to.
