Email Error????

I use a Server 2003 running exchange 2003, we use Sophos PureMessage to scan all emails for virus and spam.

Over the last couple of day a few clients have been trying to send us emails without success, please find below a copy of the NDR they get back

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at hub1.digitalwigwam.net.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<christine.clark@mansoninsurance.co.uk>:
TLS connect failed; connected to 212.169.11.35.
I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.

I know this email is valid cos it receives emails from other clients fine, and a client from Chubb got this back when sending to a valid email address also

I have noticed that the name servers for you domain seem to be configured incorreclty.  Nominet have ns1.clara.net and ns2.clara.net listed as your servers.  However, when I do a lookup on your domain has I get ns2.clara.net and ns0.clara.net returned.

I would start by sorting my DNS out as this WILL lead to many problems.

So anything I can do on my server...or do I need to contact Clara Net?
This is for Clara Net to sort out as they host your DNS servers and they are also the tag holders for your domain.

Clara ant are denying all knowledge and say it must be my server...usual answer me thinks, I will contact Nominet
