Not able to do this in the Server version, i just tried this.<br />
However i have no clue if we can actually change this on the workstation / server version.<br />

That works nicely on a dell Laptop. i need it for a VM workstation.<br />
I have tried all sorts of things: Bios editors, Asset tag.exe.....tried editing the .vmx file....nothing so far.<br />
IF there is a way and i find it, i will tell you about it, you never know when you need it ;)

I need to change the Service Tag number for a VM station.<br />
Certain software is installed on computers with certain Asset service tags.<br />
