Sql Server query one to many

I have a table with a list of employees, I also have a clr table valued function that will return all of the ad groups that the user is a member of

I want to create a query that will return a list of all users and there groups.

so if my employee table has


If I want to get the groups from my clr function I can do

select * from dbo.LdapGetAllUserGroups('jono')

this would return
groupname   userid
abcGroup       jono
nextgroup      jono
othergroup    jono

What I would like to do is write a query to get all the groups for all users not sure how to do this

from employee e
cross apply dbo.LdapGetAllUserGroups(e.userid) ldap
