iMap and Samsung Blackjack

Trying to test imap with blackjack.  Going to get active sync to work with it eventually but I need iMap to work because we have iPhones as well.  Anyways I have read posts on here but so far no victory.  I get the 0x52e Event ID when I try to log in from my phone.  I have a single Exchange 2003 Server.  iMap is turned on in the Firewall and on the server.  I got the 0x775 error a couple of times too.  Ring a bell?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Just the Basic authentication and Simple Authentication buttons are checked.

Just for testing purposes try anonymous and see if that makes a difference

Anonymous?  I don't have that option in Exchange System Manager in my IMAP Virtual Server Authentication properties.  Where do you mean?

Can you try this from outlook express inside the network?

And it isn't domain/user, it should be domain\user\mailbox (mailbox may be different from username)

bill_lynchAuthor Commented:
Yes I tested the iMap through Outlook and it downloaded the mail successfully.  It is unsuccessfull from the phone.  My ailias is the same as the username.  It has the right user name in the event log and if I test it too many times it will lock out my account.  Just don't know what I'm missing.

If it is locking your account out, then you must be using the wrong password on the device.

If you have a complex password like @#SdsSD%#23, it can be a right pain to type in on those BJ keyboards.  Try typing the password in where the username is and confirm that it is correct.
