any hints ?

That means that the class repro::OutboundTargetHandler has a default constructor (constructor with no arguments) declared, but that there is no implementation for that constructor. That normally means that you have to add the implementation in the cpp file, e. g. in outputtargethandler.cpp.

I dropped the project the source code I got was too bugy I did not write it, your question makes sense but it does not solve my problem. So I gave you the point for your efforts.
