Help Needed on Which SQL Server 2005 Components to Install

I am building a SQL Server 2005 machine to primarily handle running SQL scheduled tasks to take the load off of our other production SQL servers. It will be built with SQL2005 Standard Edition.  Im trying to figure out which components to install that may be helpful to us.

These are the components available:

SQL Server Database Services
Analysis Services
Reporting Services
Notification Services
Integration Services
Workstation components, Books Online, and Development Tools

We are not going to install Reporting Services but Im wondering about the Integration Services and Notification Services.  Can someone please shed some light on these two services and let me know if it would be beneficial to install Integration Services and or Notification Services? A nutshell summary of the benefits of each component would be appreciated.
