TAPI enable Lotus Notes

I'm trying to TAPI enable Lotus Notes and have found very little information on the Internet and would appreciate help on this. I found a Lotus Script written by Ulrich Krause which supposedly will TAPI enable Lotus Notes. I attach it here for review. The person that wrote the script does not explain how to include it in Lotus Notes. Maybe someone here can tell me how and where to include this.
Thank you,

That's a bit of LotusScript that will take the selected entry in Notes, retrieve the phone number form it, and initiate a TAPI request to call that telephone number.

The simplest way to use that particular script is to go into your Personal Address Book, create an agent of type LotusScript, and paste that code in. When you name and save that agent, you'll be able to go into the contacts, select a name, and choose menu Actions->NAME-OF-AGENT to call that contact.

I got a script error and the following shows up in red:
Declare Sub tapiRequestMakeCall Lib "TAPI32" (Byval lpszDestAddress$,Byval
lpszAppName$, Byval lpszCalledParty$, Byval lpszComment$)

What do you think?
You have a wrapping problem -- that's a single statement, with the Byval followed by lpszAppname -- separated by a space, not a new line.
